The Source Code Protection Plan ^(sm) is a special service offered to all Authorized
DocuWare Partners and users, designed to protect your investment in DocuWare's
proprietary technology.

Partners and users may enroll and choose from the following options:

• Enroll in the DocuWare Source Code Protection Plan
• Request a copy of the DocuWare Plan (escrow) terms ($25)
• Set up your own Source Code Protection Plan ^(sm) at a special rate

• Visit the Guard-IT or DocuWare websites.
