Payment
Terms: Initial deposit and beneficiary
are included in all initial setups. Setup and
first-year maintenance is due in advance and
subsequent annual account maintenance is due on
the escrow agreement's anniversary date.
Long-term pre-payment discount options are
available. No additional fees are required for
editing or customizing escrow agreements, extra
storage space, deposit update reports or
semi-annual status reports. All fees are payable
to "Guard-IT Corporation" in U.S. funds
and are non-refundable. Free online setup of
escrow agreements is available. Optional
technical verification of deposit materials may
be billed separately (pre-payment is required).
