basic international escrow agreement template is
drafted in accordance with Canadian law and
Canadian rules for alternative dispute resolution
(ADR). For all international accounts (when
specified), Guard-IT stores Deposit Materials in
its secured vault space in Toronto, Ontario.
Regardless of the country of jurisdiction,
international agreements must be written and
judicially interpreted in English (translations
may be used for working purposes).
