Extends its 'Online Client Services' to
Accommodate Credit Card Payments AUSTIN,

Corporation, a leading global innovator in
software and intellectual property escrow
service, now accepts credit card payments via its
exclusive and secure "Online Client
Services" site.
Guard-IT
was the first escrow provider to offer online
escrow agreement setup, escrow deposit updates
and escrow beneficiary enrollments in September
1999.
"We,
and our corporate clients, have largely been
doing business for all these years via check or
wire transfer. Now is the time to eliminate some
more paper by accepting electronic payment info
online," said Jim Ford, founder and CEO of
